当店のパティはお肉のジューシーさを味わって頂くためにミディアム～ミディアムレアの焼き加減となっております。ビーフ100%でつなぎも香辛料も何も一切加えておりませんのでステーキ感覚で安心しておいしくお召し上がりになれます。 当店のハンバーガーは味のバランスを重視して野菜を多めに使用しております。下のバンズにマヨネーズを塗りその上にレタスを乗せる事でレタスを美味しく召し上がれる様工夫しております。その上にトマト、みじん切りの生オニオンが乗りその上にパティが乗ります。パティから染み出るジューシーな肉汁をみじん切りオニオンが吸収して絶妙な味を醸し出します。 パティの上にハラペーニョがのり、その上に超激辛ソースがかかります。辛い味がお好きな方にお勧めです。 マスタードは使用しておりません。 ポテトが付きます。 Our patties are grilled from medium-rare to medium to lock in the meat juices. 100% beef with no extra flavors or seasoning, you can enjoy the original flavor of the meat.
